Introducing our Saizen Tokyo amazing dog grooming thinning scissors.  This new ergonomically designed 7.0″ 18 teeth thinning/blending or texturising dog scissor are a fantastic all rounder. Therefore, are they suitable for most dog trims that requires a capable texturising/thinning/blending scissor. This uniquely designed texturising/blending/thinning scissor is the new ‘hybrid’ dog grooming scissor which sits between the texturising and blending scissor, but is not as wide as a “chunker” scissor. This provides a slighter wider gap between each tooth.

A uniquely designed 7.0 inch, 18 teeth, Blending Dog Grooming Shear with newly designed teeth that will cut through the thickest fur at a faster cutting speed. This wonderful new dog grooming scissor is designed to remove bulk quickly due to the wider blades allowing the scissor to move over a wider surface area with one snip. This pet scissor is unique because it has a widened gap at the base of the comb blade. Blenders is the correct description for thinners with teeth on one side and a solid blade on the other. Therefore, a lot more hair is removed per cut, saving you a lot of time.

Used over a comb they give a smooth yet still textured result and a consistent length. They’re also popular for blending away harsh scissor lines or clipper blade tracking lines.

With various types of teeth and blades they will create a different finish.  Each type of thinning scissor has a different purpose.  Therefore, there isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ thinner.
